Anesthesia Associates of Richmond, Inc. changes Name to Total Anesthesia

Anesthesia Associates of Richmond, Inc. accepts corporate recommendations to alter company name to Total Anesthesia in marketing blitz and contract negotiations with hospitals.

The Board of Directors for Anesthesia Associates of Richmond, Inc. votes to accept recommendations by Net Easy in corporate structure alteration.   The Board votes to incorporate the company "Total Anesthesia" which will become the parent company.  Total Anesthesia, Inc. is formed on August 5, 2005 in Virginia SCC.

The alteration in such organization allows for rapid and diverse marketing with the ability to obtain Trademark rights.  Additionally, it fostered ongoing negotiations with various local hospital organizations for anesthesia services and contract terms.

Net Easy developed the corporate structure concept as a result of ongoing marketing and brand development design in efforts to move forward in local, state and potentially national markets.  Net Easy originally won a bid over the marketing giant the Martin Agency in providing website design and Internet marketing solutions to Anesthesia Associates of Richmond.

During the process of working to develop the brand and expand market penetration, Net Easy recommended the name change to Total Anesthesia.  Net Easy further recommended the development of a unified market in Richmond with combined resources with the two other independent anesthesia organizations in the Richmond, VA market.

Net Easy further proposed a full business model which included the use of a computer system which connected to the anesthesia machine in the operating room.  The system was based upon the Open Source Linux Operating System with custom software developed for integration / communication with the anesthesia machine and provider.  The system allowed for a single point of data collection for services rendered, documented and then transmitted for billing to the appropriate party. The process would be the first to capture anesthesia records electronically but also reduce the huge labor burdens in anesthesia case management.
