Net Easy Incorporates in Virginia

Net Easy, Inc. obtains Virginia Corporate status in Feb. 2004.  The name "neteasy" was originally used in commerce before 2004 in an appliance type device that combined Linux embedded technologies with hardware devices to support numerous IT services like routing, firewall, web hosting, email hosting, etc. with "Open Source" software projects.

Bryan Fogleman is  the current President and CEO of New Media Dzine Corp. which was founded in July 10, 2000 and was acquired by Net Easy, Inc. and all accounts migrated to the company name of Net Easy, Inc.

Net Easy continued its move forward with infrastructure development.  It further acquired New Media Dzine, Corp.'s accounts, the parent company that produced the Neteasy devices, and began initiating billing under the new name on Sept. 1, 2004.
